YOGA

At Blacksheep we offer two different yoga classes.

A Yoga Based class featuring long held yin yoga postures designed to stretch the body and connective tissue. An ideal cross training class for athletes that helps to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

In this vigorous, fitness based Yoga class flow through mindful movement designed to help you build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance all while maintaining a quiet and calm state of mind.

 

 Expect a sweaty, upbeat flow that encourages vitality and freedom of mind and body.
