Our Haven Beach location offers a natural and earthy setting. It's a place where EVERYONE is welcome. We have created an empowering environment for anyone who is passionate about working out or taking the steps towards bettering him or herself.

Come in and check out our spacious multi-level studio. Whatever mood you are in, we have a room for you to release stress while getting a baaa’d ass workout.

 

In the Summer season, we even offer outdoor classes on the beach, circuit classes upstairs, as well as other remote pop-ups around the area.
