KICKBOXING

Unleash your power in this high-energy kickboxing class designed for all fitness and skill levels! Whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced striker, this class combines martial arts technique, strength training, and cardio conditioning to deliver a full-body workout. You’ll learn proper punching, kicking, and defensive movements through a blend of shadowboxing, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic combinations—no boxing gloves required.

Each session emphasizes correct form, coordination, balance, and endurance—helping you build confidence while improving agility and overall fitness. Our instructors offer modifications and progressions so everyone can train at their own pace and intensity.


Expect: upbeat music, focused technique, and a motivating environment that challenges you to push past your limits and have fun while doing it!
