DFI SURF TRAINING

Whether you surf or not, DFI Surf Training is a great way to cross train and it is a fun way to mix up your workout routine.

 

Who knows, maybe you will be inspired to join us in the surf. 

The goal of DFI is meant to help improve strength, flexibility and endurance through movement and light weight training. 

Our instructor Steff Mags spends her winters in Costa Rica where she trains with the DFI crew and we are more than grateful to have her bring this program home to New Jersey.
