Black Sheep Studios is growing — and we’re excited to share the next chapter...

After a year of incredible growth and support at Young Plaza, we’re expanding into an additional unit designed to bring even more wellness under one roof. The new space features Infrared Light Therapy and Reformer Pilates, creating a full mind-body experience that supports recovery, strength, and balance. Whether you’ve been with us from the start or are just discovering what we’re all about, this new space is an invitation to keep moving, keep evolving, and keep showing up for yourself.
