BEACH BARRE
Take your Barre class to the beach, challenge your balances on the sand while getting your ass kicked by our bad ass instructors!

Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted lean muscles using small range movements. Props such as bands, balls, and 2lb. weights are sometimes incorporated.
​
ALWAYS check-in at reception FIRST! we walk up to the beach as a group!
Sneakers not required, we go barefoot on the beach!

Bring a beach towel and a small bag (to put your weights in)
