Channel your inner dancer although no dance experience is required!

 

Black Sheep Studios offers several different types of barre classes including cardio, Booty Barre, and Total Barre – you are at the mercy of your instructor!

​

Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted lean muscles using small range movements. Props such as bands, balls, and 2lb. weights are incorporated.
