Processing Fees
All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee. Always.
Getting your credit card stolen sucks...we get it. If your credit card is compromised in any way, the fees associated with any disputes from Stripe and your creditor or bank will be YOUR responsibility.

In these circumstances, you will be charged a $15 processing fee PER CHARGE. We do not want to do this, however this is what we are charged by the credit card companies when your information has not been updated.

Cancellation Policy
Feeling like you’re not going to make it? Hungover? Spontaneous plans?
You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid penalties.

Late Cancellation (within 12 hours): Forfeiture of class/session credit and a nonrefundable fee ($5–$50 depending on service)
No-Show: Forfeiture of class/session credit and a nonrefundable fee ($20–$125 depending on service)
These policies are enforced to ensure fair access and efficient scheduling.
waitlist policy
1. Classes are filled and may offer a waitlist option.
2. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee entry into a class.
3. Waitlist position does not determine selection for an open spot.
4. If a spot becomes available, an automated notification will be issued.
5. The first client to confirm the available spot will be enrolled.
6. If no spot becomes available, the associated class credit will be returned to the client’s account.
7. Returned credits remain subject to original expiration terms.
