At Black Sheep Studios, we strive to maintain fair and consistent policies for all clients. Please review the following terms before purchasing any studio services.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of class packages, personal training sessions, and prepaid studio services are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used packages, remaining class credits, or personal training sessions due to changes in personal schedules, preferences, availability, or a decision to discontinue participation.

Unused sessions and class credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method, except as required by law.

2. Exceptions & Studio Account Credits

Black Sheep Studios understands that certain circumstances may prevent clients from utilizing purchased services.

In limited circumstances, management or ownership may approve a studio account credit in lieu of a refund, where permitted by law.

Qualifying circumstances for consideration may include:

• Medical circumstances: A documented medical condition or injury that prevents continued participation. Supporting documentation from a licensed medical provider may be required.
• Permanent relocation: A move outside the studio’s service area that prevents continued participation. Proof of relocation may be required.

All requests are reviewed individually and are subject to management or ownership approval, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Account Credit Terms

If an account credit is approved, the following terms apply:

• Credits will be applied directly to the client’s Black Sheep Studios account.
• Account credits do not expire.
• Credits may be used toward any future studio purchase, including class packages, personal training, memberships, retail merchandise, or other services.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value, except where required by law.
• The credit amount will be calculated based on the actual unused purchase value, not the full retail or drop-in value of the remaining sessions.
• Credits will not be returned to the original payment method unless required by law.

For example, if a client purchases a discounted package, the unused portion will be calculated using the actual amount paid for that package rather than the standard individual session rate.

4. Membership Agreements, Cancellations & Freezes

Memberships are separate from prepaid packages and are governed by the terms of the membership agreement signed at enrollment.

Minimum Contract Commitment

All memberships with a minimum contract term require the client to fulfill that commitment. For most Black Sheep Studios memberships, the minimum commitment is two months.

Clients are responsible for completing the minimum contract term and all associated payments, unless an earlier cancellation is required by applicable law.

Membership Cancellation

Early membership cancellation requests may be considered for qualifying medical circumstances or permanent relocation outside the studio’s service area, subject to applicable law and supporting documentation.

Memberships may also be canceled after the minimum contract commitment has been fulfilled, in accordance with the applicable membership agreement.

Cancellation & Freeze Requests

All membership cancellation and freeze requests must be submitted directly to the studio via email, except where another method is required by law.

• Verbal requests, conversations with instructors, or failure to attend classes do not constitute cancellation.
• Membership freezes are subject to management approval and the terms of the membership agreement.
• Submitting a request does not automatically suspend scheduled payments or terminate the membership.
• Any applicable notice periods and billing obligations remain in effect in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law.

5. Management Discretion

Black Sheep Studios reserves the right to review requests individually and determine whether discretionary accommodations are appropriate.

Any exceptions granted are considered one-time accommodations and do not establish a precedent for future requests.

All policies are subject to applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits a client’s statutory cancellation or refund rights.

By completing a purchase or enrolling in a membership, clients acknowledge and agree to the applicable Black Sheep Studios policies and membership terms.
