This class will work your full body and improve your core stability.

 

This unique ergonomically designed fitness device holsters a standard stability ball and allows the user to selectively control the multidirectional movement of the ball to effectively train the entire core. 

 

The two pieces, used together or apart, providing a progression of movements.

Halo training incorporates the science of core-integrated body weight training.
