Participants are advised to exercise caution when attending hot or warm group fitness classes. Individuals who are pregnant or have preexisting medical conditions—such as heart disease, respiratory issues, or other health concerns—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. These environments can place additional stress on the body due to elevated temperatures and humidity. A doctor’s note is required for anyone with preexisting conditions to ensure it is safe for them to engage in this type of physical activity.
