This dynamic Vinyasa class focuses on linking breath with movement, guiding you through a fluid sequence that builds both strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels, the practice incorporates weighted movements and resistance bands to enhance muscular engagement and endurance.

 

You’ll be encouraged to use blocks where appropriate to deepen your stretches and improve alignment. With an emphasis on breath awareness, you'll flow through postures that challenge your body, increase mobility, and condition your muscles,  fostering a balanced and mindful practice.
