What to bring to class*:

  • Sneakers or SPD clip-in cycling shoes for Cycology classes.
  • Water
  • A small towel (trust us, you will sweat!)
  • Socks are required for all fitness classes. (Wear your own, or sticky socks available for purchase at the studio.)

*If for any reason you need to cancel a class that you have signed up for, you MUST do so at least 3 hours before class starts!
